Halloween Party & Trick or Treating!

One Very Spooktacular Group

What a fun-filled morning full of Halloween activities!!! The kids looked awesome all dressed up in their costumes…from witches to princesses, and superheros to animals, we had it all! We made jack-o-lantern crafts; played witch toss and pumpkin toss; had ghost bowling, we did the Chicken Dance (video at the bottom) and finished it all off with a little trick-or-treating in the Centre!!

Country Pumpkin!

Today we went on a field trip to the country pumpkin! We had beautiful weather for our adventure day, which made the trip that much better as the kids got to run, swing and slide on all the playground equipment.  The kids were so excited to see all the animals and especially excited to feed them lettuce. We had a chance to get one great group photo on the hay bales and then the kids got to pick out one little pumpkin each to take home! Field trips are such a great opportunity for the kids to explore new environments with their friends and for parents to join us in our learning adventures. We are already looking forward to the next one!
